Click & Collect

Select the Pick Up option upon purchase.

Please make sure you wait for an email notifying your order is ready to collect, before heading to our warehouse. This will include information about the collection process.

Order before 1pm for 4pm collection.
Order after 1pm, for next day collection.

What do I need to bring to collect my Click & Collect order?

For Click & Collect, make sure you bring:
- Your photo ID
- Your order collection notification (on your phone is fine)

Can someone collect my Click & Collect order for me?

Yes - family and friends can collect your order on your behalf. Just make sure they bring:
- A copy of the order collection notification
- An email sent to hello@mooki.com.au, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf
- Their own photo ID to match the approved name for collection
